This product is manufactured by us in house using 3D printing. It’s important to understand that 3D printing builds objects layer by layer, which can lead to some inherent characteristics that differ from traditional manufacturing methods:
- Layer Lines: You may observe subtle horizontal lines on the surface of your parts, particularly noticeable on curved or angled surfaces. These are a natural result of the layered printing process.
- Surface Finish: We take pride in optimizing our printing process, including the application of ironing, to achieve the best possible finish. The goal of ironing is to create a smoother, more uniform surface finish by gently remelting and spreading the uppermost layer of the print. This can help to minimize the appearance of layer lines. There however may be streaks or lines left by the nozzle during ironing as it is not a perfect process. The bottom of all of our 3D printed parts have a textured finish on them due to the texture of the 3D print bed itself.
- Support Marks: If the part required any support structures to print correctly, since you cannot print in thin air, their removal can sometimes leave slight marks or rough areas on the surfaces where they were attached. We try to minimize these, and use them only in areas not highly visible.
- Minor Surface Imperfections: Occasionally, small variations in surface texture, sometimes referred to as 'blobs' or 'zits,' may appear. These are often a result of nozzle start/stop points or other minor variations during the printing process.

- The file(s) will be available to you right after purchase.
- By purchasing, you agree to use any provided STL file(s) only for yourself and for personal, non-commercial use.
Recommended Filament: We suggest using ABS or ASA for best results. PLA can be used, but may fail in hot climates due to its low melting point.
Please Note: The provided STL file(s) do not contain any printer settings. It is up to you to slice them for your specific printer. We do not offer any slicing or printing support.
Hardware: See below in the product description for a list of any additional hardware needed to complete this item. Hardware is not included with your file purchase. Not all items require additional hardware to complete.
Unlike the factory sliders, these have a nice smooth bottom that will not get hung up on everything. Package includes both 35mm and 44mm wide top plates to fit a variety of bodies. Works with the stock chassis rails and most of the stock bodies including the Base Camp body.
Note: These sliders are designed to fit inside of the body.
