Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Orders ship Monday–Thursday only. Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. We may ship on Fridays if needed.

  • Order cutoff: 12:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time, Monday–Thursday

  • Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing the next business day

  • Selecting expedited shipping does not reduce order processing time

All delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed by the carrier. Once an order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for delivery timing.

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

A shipping confirmation email with carrier-specific tracking information is typically sent within 24 hours of shipment.


International Shipping

International delivery is not guaranteed. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Buyers are responsible for any VAT, taxes, duties, or additional fees their country may charge on imported shipments.

Digital STL files are delivered electronically and do not incur shipping, brokerage, duties, or taxes.


Shipping Method Explanation

Business days are Monday–Thursday. Holidays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not considered shipping days.

Shipping timelines shown at checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please add our 2–4 business day processing time to carrier transit estimates.

Economy Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days after shipment
(Additional handling time may apply during high-volume periods)

USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: up to 3 business days after shipment
(Example: Order placed Tuesday night, shipped Wednesday → delivery the following Monday)

UPS Ground
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment


Refunds on Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable, including delays caused by the carrier.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or marked undeliverable by the carrier, we will refund the product total only, less any shipping charges, once the order is returned to us.


Order Cancellation

Orders are processed quickly. Modifications or cancellations are only possible before the order ships.


Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Order Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 14 days of the shipment date.

Orders reported after this timeframe are outside our control. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or marked undeliverable, we will refund the product total less shipping charges once it is returned.

International orders are not guaranteed for delivery.
