Refund policy

You can return any new, unused and unaltered item (excluding any digital files) within 30 days of delivery of your item. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please Note: You are responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with getting the items you wish to return back to our warehouse unless the return is due to our mistake.

 

Our Refund Policy -
We offer a no hassle 30 day return policy on all items we offer. Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. This excludes STL files or any items containing STL files.

Once your return is received and inspected by DSM Off-Road (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

We do not offer refunds on STL purchases, or on any items containing STL files.

Refunds on Shipping Charges: 

We do not refund shipping charges due to late arrivals as shipping is out of our control.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or is marked undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will refund you for the total amount of the order once we receive it back, less any shipping charges. If you still want the items in the order you will need to place a new order.

If you return an item, and it is not an error on our part, then you will be refunded for the item less shipping costs.

We do not guarantee any international orders for delivery.
