Order Processing Times
We ship orders out Monday-Thursday only. Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days.*
All delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier. We process all orders as quickly as possible, but once your order has shipped, the carrier is responsible for ensuring delivery by the estimated date/time.
*Our order cut off time is 12:00PM (Noon) Eastern Standard Time Monday-Thursday. Processing time for orders placed after this time will start on the following business day. Selecting faster shipping times does not change our order processing times.
Please Note: We are not responsible for shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please double check your address when you order. See below for more information.
A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.
International Shipping:
We do not guarantee any international orders for delivery. If your package is lost or stolen please contact your shipping carrier for possible help. You are responsible for any VAT, Taxes or any other additional fees your country may charge for imported shipments.

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Business days are Monday-Thursday; Holidays, Fridays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please also add our order processing time of 1-3 business days to the carriers estimates.
Economy Shipping:
- Delivery typically in five to ten business days depending on your location once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier. Economy shipping orders may also have an additional handling time depending on our order volume.
USPS Ground Advantage:
- Delivery typically in three to five business days depending on your location once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
USPS Priority Mail:
- Delivery typically by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped once it has been shipped from our warehouse. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week. Delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
UPS Ground:
- Delivery typically in three to five business days depending on your location once it has been shipped from our warehouse. Delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed by the carrier.
Refunds on Shipping Charges:
We do not refund shipping charges due to late arrivals as shipping is out of our control. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, or is marked as undeliverable by the shipping carrier, we will refund you for the total amount of the products contained in the order, less any shipping charges once we receive it back.
