Shipping & Returns FAQ

Recently we have started to experience shipping delays from our shipping carriers. These delays result in longer than normal shipping times and can result in delays in updating tracking information once an order is shipped.

Free Shipping Promotion - Terms and Conditions

  • Orders $39.99 and over shipping to a United States address or an APO address qualify for free standard shipping. Swag items do not qualify for free shipping offer.
  • Shipping changes including intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment
  • Qualifying orders must select free ground shipping at checkout in order to receive promotion

A shipping confirmation email including carrier specific tracking information will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping.  For example, if you place an order Monday night and it ships out Tuesday morning, you will receive your tracking information either Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning.


Shipping Method Explanation

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Business days are Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

The shipping rates for the contiguous 48 states are as follows:

Standard Shipping $3.99 (Orders over $39.99 ship FREE!*)
Three Day $9.99
Second Day $19.99
Next Day $29.99
Saturday Delivery Unavailable

*Please Note: Swag items do not qualify for any free shipping offers and will ship separately from any other items ordered as they are made to order and ship direct from the printing company. 

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery typically in one to five business days depending on your location.

Three Day

  • Delivery by the end of the third business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is placed Tuesday night and is processed/shipped on Wednesday, it would arrive on Monday of the following week.

Second Day

  • Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

Next Day

  • Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Order Cancellation

If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is labeled "Order Received." Once an order has a status of "Order Processed," it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and is in the queue to be shipped out.


Delivery Policy

Typically packages will be left at your door and do not require a signature. Sometimes we will ship an item vendor direct and those vendors may require a signature on their shipments. If you absolutely need one way or the other, please contact Customer Service before placing your order.


Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately so we can take care if the issue as soon as possible.
